Privacy Policy.

This privacy policy explains how Adsworld Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data about visitors to adsworldsolutions.com and clients who engage our services. We are the data controller for the personal data we hold about you and we are committed to processing it in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Adsworld Solutions Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16569929). Our registered office is 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. You can reach our data team at privacy@adsworldsolutions.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data in the following circumstances:

• When you contact us — your name, work email, company name, the monthly ad-spend range you provide and the content of your message.
• When you become a client — billing contact details, signed contracts, business bank details (for invoicing), and any data you authorise us to access on advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) on your behalf.
• When you visit the website — standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance. We do not use analytics tools or cross-site advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

We use your data for these purposes:

• Responding to enquiries and providing the services you've engaged us for.
• Sending operational communications (invoices, account reviews, service updates).
• Improving the website's performance and content.
• Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR Article 6:

• Contract — when processing is necessary to provide the services you've engaged us for.
• Legitimate interests — for responding to enquiries, keeping the website secure, and operating our business.
• Legal obligation — for accounting, tax and statutory record-keeping.
• Consent — for any optional cookies; you can withdraw consent at any time via our cookie banner.

5. How long we keep data

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Client records are retained for 7 years after the engagement ends, in line with HMRC requirements. We delete data sooner on request where there's no legal reason to keep it.

6. Sharing

We share data only with vetted processors that help us deliver our services, including: hosting (Cloudflare), email (SiteGround), accounting software, and the advertising platforms we manage on your behalf (Google, Meta, etc.) — and only the data those services need. All processors are contractually bound to UK GDPR-compliant data processing terms.

7. International transfers

Some processors are based outside the UK/EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by either an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses approved under UK GDPR.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, request correction, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@adsworldsolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access control internally, and two-factor authentication on every system that holds client data. Suspected breaches are notified to the ICO within 72 hours where required.

10. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy we will note the change at the top of this page. Trivial wording changes are not flagged.
